Jams are one of my favourite ways to challenge myself. In each one I always finish having learned something new, as well as meeting new people and making new friends! They also allow me to get a better insight to everyone's role in the team, such as what it takes to be a developer or even an artist. I always strive to support everyone in my team, even if I'm someone for them to talk to and figure the problem out themselves by explaining it to me. Win-win!
